Rights & Responsibilities You as a Member

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and 123hd ("Platform", "We" or "123hd"), which governs your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by 123hd.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 123hd platform, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out in this document, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, which is considered to form part of this Agreement.

123hd reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account only on the 123hd platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts as well as the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

By registering, you agree to:

123hd accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on your account level and chosen payment method.
• All deposits are processed and credited to your 123hd account within less than one (1) minute after transaction confirmation.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

• 123hd is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.
• You may only deposit funds that are legitimately yours. Using another person's credit card or bank account is strictly prohibited.

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 123hd account holder.

123hd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Every bonus comes with wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• Bonus validity periods are as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited for all members while using the 123hd platform:

• Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of cooperation or collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Threatening, abusing, or harassing other members or 123hd staff.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the normal functioning of 123hd's systems.

Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

123hd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Indicators of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious behaviour.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• A voluntary request by the member themselves to close their account.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms, any withdrawable balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your last deposit, following the necessary review process.

123hd provides its gaming platform and services "as is" and makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Continuous availability of the platform service, free from interruptions or errors.

You agree that any legal proceedings relating to the 123hd platform shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any collective or class action.
